Q: What are the available financial options?

A: We provide several financial options to help patients pay for treatment. We offer:

​

  • In house monthly payment plans over the course of the treatment, after the initial downpayment is met

  • CareCredit, credit approval is required

  • 10% discount on the total treatment cost when payment is made in full (NOTE: this discount cannot be combined with CareCredit)

Q: What insurance companies are accepted?

A: We accept over 25 insurances and every year work on adding more. Please check with us for specifics as this list changes and may not reflect the very latest. We ask that you please provide your insurance and benefits information at least one day in advance for us to get in touch with your provider. Note that while we schedule Saturday appointments, most insurance companies are closed that day.
